Christine Cofone Ms. Christine Cofone is the principal consultant in the firm and her extensive practice is devoted to professional land use planning consulting services. Ms. Cofone specializes in expert witness testimony before both municipal planning boards and boards of adjustment.

Regardless of your specific need, Ms. Cofone brings unmatched experience stemming from both public and private sector clients. Her municipal experience includes authoring master plans, reexamination reports, redevelopment plans and investigations, community impact statements, fiscal impact statements and housing plans.

Ms. Cofone has successfully represented Wal-Mart, Wawa, National Realty and Development Company, K.Hovnanian Co., Matrix Development Co., Mason & Jennings Development Company, R.J. Brunelli & Co., and The Briad Group.

Formerly, Ms. Cofone was a principal partner in a land development firm based in New York City. Her experience also includes project management responsibilities with a premier multi-disciplined consulting firm in New Jersey.

Ms. Cofone is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Professional Planner (PP). Ms. Cofone holds a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Rutgers University where she also serves as an adjunct professor for the Rutgers Center for Government Services.

Ms. Cofone uses her professional license and experience to give back to the community offering pro-bono professional services to Strengthen our Sisters, a domestic violence shelter dedicated to ending the cycle of domestic violence for women and children.
